Mr. Inyere, a graduate of Computer Education of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, is the Information Technology Officer attached to the Communications Unit in the Institute. With a knack for information technology, he has the necessary skills which he has demonstrated to anchor the IT technicalities during Conferences, Fora, Seminars, Lectures, Trainings, Meetings and Field work commendably. He has exposed the easiness of deploying information technology to all around him severally during the course of discharging his duties.
